BULD is a new and exciting building company that has recently been launched in Cape Town, but has 20 years of building experience behind it. The Managing Director, John Smith has always been in the building trade and comes from a lineage of builders in his family. BULD has been invloved in multiple projects in the Cape and is currently working on exclusive homes in Camps Bay, Clifton, Constantia and Bishops Court to name a few areas. In addition, the BULD team has also been working as far afield as Paarl and Langebaan.

BULD focuses on provising customers with a personalised and professional service at affordable rates. John can often be found on the various sites overseeing his team of workers getting stuff done.

John Smith

Managing Director

John Smith is a true family man and holds his wife and kids dear to his heart. As per his family life, he embodies the core values of integrity, honesty and committment. As a youngster growing up in Johannesburg, John started working with his Dad on building sites giving him a firm understanding of the overall building trade. This developed into a fascination and thereafter evolved into John always working within the building trade one way or another.

For the past 10 years, John has succesfully run his building business specialising in flooring and general building works. The Smith family moved down to Cape Town 7 years ago and John has succesfully integrated into the Cape building environment. He has been involved in projects all over Cape Town, ranging from exclusive homes in Clifton and Camps Bay to the likes of guest houses in Langebaan.

BULD is the culmination of many years of hard work and dedication translating into a full building solution for prospective home owners, office owners, buildings etc. BULD is a professional building company offering a mix of speciality services to Capetonians.
