BULD is a new and exciting building company that has recently been launched in Cape Town, but has 13 years of construction industry experience behind it. Run by husband and wife team, John & Jane Smith.  John comes from a long linaege in the construction industry, spending many a school holiday and weekend working with his dad.  

BULD has been involved in multiple projects in the Cape and is currently working on exclusive homes in Camps Bay, Clifton, Constantia and Bishops Court to name a few areas. In addition, the BULD team has also been working as far afield as Franschoek and Stellenbosch.

BULD focuses on provising customers with a personalised and professional service at affordable rates. Jason can often be found on the various sites overseeing his team of workers, rolling up his sleeves and getting stuff done.
